An important role in the development of Korean medicine plays the advanced system organization and management of medical institutions. Prominent Korean hospitals are open to share their success and experience in healthcare management.

A memorandum of co-operation in the area of medical management education and modernization of public hospitals between the Astana city Healthcare Administration and KHIDI was signed in May 2016.

A memorandum of co-operation was also signed between Karaganda region Administration, Akimat of the South-Kazakhstan region, South-Kazakhstan region Healthcare Administration and KHIDI was signed in April 2017.

 

In the context of mutual agreements, 11 chief medical officers of the Educational-Clinical Center in Astana (part of Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan) have completed a one-week medical management training course.

In terms of the program, specialists learned about Korean administration system of medical institutions, visited leading clinics and became familiar with the Korean system of medical insurance.
