Educational program «Medical Korea Academy» offers international doctors an opportunity to train and study advanced medical technology and practices from Korea. Since 2007, thousands of doctors from foreign countries have undergone the «Medical Korea Academy» course and/or a specialized training program in the leading hospitals of Korea.

Purpose of the «Medical Korea Academy» program:

Sharing Medical Technology and Knowledge

  • Promote advanced medical technologies developed in Korea
  • Increasing participating trainee awareness about the advanced medical experience from Korea
  • Helping trainees broaden their international networks for future cooperation

Contribution to the health of mankind

  • Allow foreign doctors to acquire new skills and medical experience
  • Expand regional programs by Korean medical staff to other countries
  • Create a reliable and high-quality medical education scheme through international accreditation

Format of the «Medical Korea Academy» program:

IMeTI (International medical training) course in terms of the «Medical Korea Academy» is held annually and is free of charge (sponsored by KHIDI). Duration of the course is 8 weeks.

2021 Medical Korea Academy Online Training Program (MKA e-class)
MKA e-class is an online clinical training program launched in response to post-corona world. Experience all the outstanding educational opportunities remotely through MKA e-class.

Online Training Program consists of Surgical Skill Education(SSE), Internal Medicine Skill Education, Non-Clinical Education.

-Training Period : 6 weeks (from June 1 to July 16)
* Every course comprises 20 lectures. Each lecture is approximately 1 hour long
-Qualifications : Medical practitioners, medical students, government officials working in a healthcare related field
